Mental Health Counselor
Liz
Thein MS, LPC
Elizabeth works with teens, and adults dealing with stage of life changes, everyday stresses (parenting, career, education, relationships, etc.), depression, and anxiety. Elizabeth works from a person-centered approach combined with cognitive behavior therapy. She is trained in and incorporates Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral techniques with children and teens who have experienced trauma and abuse. She has experience working with those struggling with stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual assault, and other emotional difficulties. Prior to working at Mindful Health Counseling, she worked with clients who were inpatient and in need of a higher level of care. Elizabeth enjoys being present with her clients and reminding them there is always room for hope and growth within one’s life.

Tessa
Sicble MS, LPC
Tessa is a licensed mental health counselor, and holds a Master's in Science in Clinical Counseling. Tessa specializes in trauma, and has experience working with a broad range of mental health issues with clients of all ages. She has long held a special interest in women's issues, and has experience working with diverse populations. She brings 25 years experience working with domestic violence and sexual assault. In addition to providing counseling services in a private practice setting, Tessa serves as adjunct instructor for the Master's in Counseling Graduate Program at University of Mary.

Salmonowicz

Beth utilizes a trauma-informed, CBT, and person-centered approach to assist clients experiencing anxiety, loss, stress, relationship/family concerns, depression, and changes in identity, belief system, and life stages. Her counseling approach stems from the conviction that every person has inherent value and is deserving of respect, dignity, and time. Beth brings diverse work experience, having supported older adults needing long-term care, university students facing challenges, and individuals/couples navigating family planning, unexpected pregnancies, and pregnancy loss. She has special interests in women's health, fertility issues, religious trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, somatic work, and career counseling.
If this sounds like a good fit, Beth is currently accepting clients aged 14 and older for individual therapy, and clients aged 18 and older for couples therapy.

Metz MS, LPCC-S
Angela is a licensed mental health counselor, holding a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling. Angela specializes in depression, anxiety, anger management, complex medical trauma, suicide ideation, concerns with hoarding, complex grief, and ending stages of life. Angela is dedicated to people-first philosophy, approaching challenges with the care and compassion required for successfully reaching goals and pursuing dreams. Purpose, value, and self-worth are key areas in building a positive approach to growth. Angela enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and riding motorcycle.

Brenda
LaDuke MS, LAPC
Brenda is a licensed mental health counselor, holding a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, offering person-centered, trauma-informed care rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Brenda's approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in a person-centered framework that values empathy, respect, and individual autonomy.
Brenda works with adolescents, adults, and older adults, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Brenda has a special interest in supporting individuals and families facing the emotional impact of aging and dementia. Brenda's goal is to create a safe, empowering space where you can explore your story, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
